Patrick Nally spent nearly two decades in operations, design & construction, and leasing to become one of the top real estate professionals in the Los Angeles market. Patrick founded Timber Commercial in 2023 to provide brokerage and construction management services for tenants and landlords. From site selection and lease negotiations to tenant improvements and base building capital projects, Patrick brings a unique skillset to deliver superior results for his clients.

Before launching Timber, Patrick was the head of leasing for Tishman Speyer’s LA office, overseeing over 3 million square feet of office space in prime locations such as Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Playa Vista, El Segundo, DTLA, and Westwood.

As a board member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association, Patrick is committed to advancing the interests and professionalism of the commercial real estate industry in the LA region. Patrick is passionate about creating value for his clients and partners, and leveraging his extensive market knowledge and network to identify and execute opportunities.
